Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Prakriti Calling, we prioritize delivering exceptional travel experiences. However, we understand that plans can change. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which bookings may be modified, canceled, or refunded.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation Charges: Airlines impose their own cancellation fees. In addition, a service fee will be charged by Prakriti Calling.
  • Non-Refundable Tickets: Some discounted fares are non-refundable as per airline policies.
  • Time Frame: Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 48 hours before the scheduled departure.
  • No Show: If a traveler does not show up for the flight, refunds will be subject to airline "no-show" policies, and in many cases, no refund will be issued.

Tour Packages

  • Before 30 Days of Departure: 75% refund (after deducting any non-refundable costs like hotel bookings, flight tickets, etc.)
  • 15–29 Days Before Departure: 50% refund
  • 7–14 Days Before Departure: 25% refund
  • Less than 7 Days Before Departure: No refund

Note: Refunds for third-party services (hotels, sightseeing tours, transportation, etc.) are subject to their individual cancellation terms.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be processed after deducting applicable cancellation charges, service fees, and non-refundable amounts.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 15–30 business days after receiving the cancellation request.
  • If booking was made via credit card, debit card, UPI, or online banking, the refund will be made to the same account.
  • Prakriti Calling is not responsible for any delays caused by banks or payment gateways.

Amendment Policy

  • Changes in travel dates, passenger names, or other details are subject to airline and service provider policies.
  • Amendment fees may apply in addition to any fare differences and service charges.
  • Amendments are not guaranteed and are subject to availability.
